In the search for a kite that can lift a KAP-rig or some laundry in light winds we got hooked on the Roller.
Our Double Roller is inspired by the classic Pearson Roller by Jilly Pelham and Ralf Beutnagels Dopero. Thanks for the permission.
The huge sail area combined with the very light construction makes a very strong kite that flies rock steady at a high angle. It's frame is a mixture of pultruded and wrapped grahite tubes. The sail is made of very light yet strong 30Denier Nylon fabric. The bridle allows to adjust the kite to different wind conditions. Despite it's size you can brake it down quite small: It fits in a bag kust a bit over 80cm length. We recommend the Double Roller for experienced kite flyers.
